      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm attempting to be a new customer but getting more frustrated with the lack of help available each time I try. I tried activating my subscription last night and received a "subscription not activated" message, along with instructions to contact a customer support agent. The chatbot in the app was absolutely no help at all, and it would not even connect me with customer support after asking if i would like to. Anyways, please help issue so I can get my subscription/phone service activated, or provide instruction for getting a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/435227"&gt;@ijk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes that html thing happens sometimes. &amp;nbsp;Usually it relates to something copied and pasted and the remedy is to copy what you wrote, past it to a note app, delete the message from the private message and then post if back from the notes. &amp;nbsp;Alternatively if there is anything copied and pasted delete it and type it in, the message should go then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
