Sometimes the app can be buggy. What you can do is either delete the app and try downloading it again or you can go into your settings, applications, find the PM app and clear the cache and data. Then try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, PM app does not need to connect to your SIM at all.&lt;BR /&gt;Uninstall app, clear cache, cookies, reboot (turn off, wait, turn on) and install app again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, the app can be used with any connection (wi-fi or cellular). Cellular can be with any provider. If you tried restarting your phone already, you may need to delete the app and re-install it. You can also try accessing your account with the browser instead of the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Public Mobile app is required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
