      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, new to Public Mobile. I tried transferring my number over from my previous carrier (Fonus VoIP) and under the Public app it says it was successfully transferred and shows the number. I can make calls with it but it won’t send or receive text messages. I have an iPhone 13. Any ideas? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
