      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just moved outside Canada and will probably never return there, so I have to cancel my public mobile subscription. However, when I tried to log in to my account, I could not pass the two-step authentication because I could not receive text messages outside Canada with my public mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plz suggest what I can do at this point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is very important to me, thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
