      <title>very slow speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 5G. Pixel 3A and I can't even watch a 360p video on youtube. $50 a month I would expect decent speed. I've tried many things posted but nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Data speed is for download and upload speeds and does effect picture quality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you are watching the YouTube video, tap the screen and go to the settings (gear) icon and change the Quality then to Higher Picture Quality or Advance setting and pick 1080p.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But that should not matter, it will default to LTE+, LTE or 3G. What is your signal strength in dbm? Also, run a speed test. If you are getting at least 5-10 mbps, you should not have any difficulty playing a YouTube video.&amp;nbsp; If your speed test is less than 2mbps, you probably have a coverage issue. Try going to a location with strong coverage and retest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, try playing your YouTube video on strong and fast Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.&amp;nbsp; If you are still not able to play the video, then something is wrong with your phone (could be a setting or problem with hardware).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
