      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I placed my order for a sim on may 22nd but it still has not been shipped. No tracking number and ive been unable to make any type of contact with customer service to get a replacement.&amp;nbsp; My phone is not compatible with Esim&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems many have been having issues receiving their sim card lately. It may be a backlog of shipments, but if you dont want to wait id suggest going to a Telus (or maybe a walmart, id check with them first if they have it) and pick one up in person.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
