Are you new to Public Mobile? Did you port over your number recently? Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone? Thanks and look forward to helping out.

Made no changes to my phone. Have been with Public Mobile for a few years. Picture texts just stopped working.

OK. Try this. Go into your network settings, turn off automatic, choose Public Mobile and then reboot. Then try and let me know if that works.

@Gail55 How long ago did they stop working? If around February then it could be related to this MMS change

Reset APN and it worked! Thanks!
