    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It was an issue on the network side. After starting a ticket it took a second response to get someone on it. They “conducted a review and adjustment of the network settings associated with your account to ensure the proper functioning of our services”. Everything works now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
