    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293180"&gt;@tonyfreake&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, did you do a plan downgrade recently?&amp;nbsp; I am wondering if the remaining add-on data, particularly loyalty bonus data is current.&amp;nbsp; It would make no sense that your data would suddenly stop like this.&amp;nbsp; Try clearing app cache and rechecking the data remaining.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data says 1.43G used of 31G but not working. Current subscription is 1G data so rest most be carry over. Can’t use data.
