    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue trying to change my subscription on the renewal date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time it tells me to try with a different payment method even though I tried it with 3 different credit cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The renewal date is approaching and I don't know if I should try the "change now option" or give up and go to a different provider, because I know if it renews that won't give me back the money for this subscription that I don't want. Had anyone experienced this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/401354"&gt;@Juan3434&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if you try too many times to use a payment card unsuccessfully the card can get locked out.&amp;nbsp; I have found that location permission has a role in adding a payment card.&amp;nbsp; If you are using a browser, give location permission to the Public Mobile site.&amp;nbsp; If you are using the app, give the app location permission.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did your subscription renewed today (early morning)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
