PM... Can we at least upgrade the website so that it doesn't take an hour to log in and redeem our points? You've forced us into points and now made it frustratingly inconvenient to redeem them!!

@Amber75 , I was checking on my accounts not that long ago. The website was reasonably fast. Sometimes, a bad connection can lead to things not loading up. I just close the tab, clear cache and try again.

I'm in BC and seems to be as fast as ever...could be a local network issue where you live.

I am with @hairbag1 in BC and no issues here. I find the PM app is faster and easier to navigate.

no issues on my end, however i find the app to be slow/buggy during overnight hours, maybe the website is similar, but i havent had any issues using it throughout the day. You may need to clear some cookies/cache on your browser if you're experiencing slow loading times on multiple websites.
