      <description>&lt;P&gt;First off there only pending charges wait till they go through as you have not been charged yet. And if when they do go through you are going to need to open a ticket with pm using the chat bot orange text bubble. Also we are just customers here no one works for PM here so we can't give you a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is a common occurance for there to be a duplicate pending and posted charged, but in those cases, those are for the same transaction.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
