      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated a new sim, I can receive and send text messages, make outgoing calls, however, I cannot receive&amp;nbsp;any incoming calls. It has been more than 5 hours since I have activated. I have restarted the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
