      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you log into your Public Mobile account, and see what SIM card number is attached to your Profile? I think you can change it to a new physical SIM number, if you can pick one up. Otherwise, you may need to apply for a new one through Customer Services by sending a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/433516"&gt;@PriyaRajesh&lt;/a&gt;, through the PM app if you go to the "Account" tab and scroll down to select "Purchase SIM card" you can choose eSIM which shows it will cost $5 however, if you already had the eSIM (which you mentioned you deleted) you should not be charged for a new eSIM. After installing the the eSIM you should be okay&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No wonder your phone doesn’t work.&lt;BR /&gt;You will need a new eSIM or SIM and to contact a CS_Agent via Chat bubble to help you activate the eSIM/SIM on the PM app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
