      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no longer $15 plan for existing customers, the lowest plan is $19, which you could lose 240 GB free data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some customer downgraded to $29 plan and still have their 240GB free data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
