    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ported my number from a SIM card to MY Esim and my account shows the new ported number but my phone is showing the temp number i chose when i bought the esim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;people can call me on the ported number, just wondering if this is a paper work issue and have to wait.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/433128"&gt;@Smithrmark&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is that an iPhone? go to iMessage settings, first remove the number, then reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; After the phone is up again, go back to the same setting page and enter the correct number back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Soliution was to go into my sign in and security settings make sure everything was right.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after that was done my device settings phone number was showing correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also had to change the phone number on 2FA for the account on public Mobile log in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
