When do monthly charges start?

I'm registering to which to PM today but my monthly account with my previous provider ends next week. Does billing start when one first registers for the service or when the SIM is activated?

@ltdbc , your service should start when you activate the SIM card.

Just so you know the billing cycle here is 30 days not monthly

not necessarily: The customer could have taken a 90 day plan.
