      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/415356"&gt;@andrewgurza6&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;actually Yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can use the browser to activate as far as the payment step.&amp;nbsp; Then the site will ask you to download the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead, you will have to ask support agent to help to pick a phone number for you and complete the activation.&amp;nbsp; So after payment, message support agent here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
