Text messages don't download

I get dozens of text messages that don't download from my family and friends who say they never sent them.

Are you a new customer to PM, have you been able to test all other functions are working correctly, voice calls in/out, Texting out, data? This could be an issue with your initial setup if you are a new customer, possible issue with porting over from another carrier or it's not quite ready yet?

can you confirm, you have problem that Message not downloaded? or you got some text that your "family and friends who say they never sent them. " ?? a bit confused with what your problem is

been having the same problem on my Wifes Android phone,, we even got a call from an actual Tech,, (yeah an actual voice call) long storry short we burned thru two sim cards before they got it back to where she could txt msgs again,, and even then,, we still get txt msgs from NewFoundland or New Brunswick,,, but she just taps ingonre , and block,, (some are pretty racey too 😳 )
Now she cant get pictures sent,, from others ,, or group chats,, ,, and yet, it all works on WhatsApp,, (using data)

PM seems to be having a lot of issuse these days,,
