      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/342408"&gt;@vortexmeter&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to ask customer service agent. &amp;nbsp;However, in most cases, the new customer needs to contact CSA with your referral code and &amp;nbsp;sometimes your phone number to verify the referral. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you certain this person activated a new account? &amp;nbsp;Or is still a customer of Public mobile? &amp;nbsp;Sometimes new customers leave PM soon after activation because PM services do not meet their needs or they get a winback offer from previous carrier to return back to their original mobile company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
