I am being charged more than before

I've been on the basic $15 plan since 2020. I had a $2 discount from using autopay, and $2-$3 discount from referring friends, so essentially I was paying about $10 to $11 after everything.

The last two months it has go up to $16.75.

Why am I being charged more? I can't even visit a location or call in to resolve this.

@Tahmid as of May 2024, there is no more loyalty. 😒

Everyone is now on points system.

As of this month, you will be loosing the $$ discount. You will now have to pay your full plan amount upfront each month.

They will give you 5% back on your spending each month.

10 points on your anniversary date.

1 point per friend referrals.

1-15 points in helping out in the Community.

When you have accumulated 15 points, you sign into your account and redeem that for $15 off your bill. You can also use the points for add-ons starting at 5 points up.

Sorry, but there is no longer any discount for using autopay. Your referrals remain on your account, but those need to be manually redeemed in 15 point increments.
