      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429053"&gt;@Ph62&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would hazard a guess that you use auto-pay and have 3 years service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That used to get folks $5 off monthly, but now the change in rewards means you instead build up points.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The good news, is all referrals go from $1 to 1 point (which is equal)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The auto pay discount of $2 is replaced by 5% value of your plan towards points, so for most this will be less favorable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The biggest downfall is loyalty.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Before, we used to build up to $5 off monthly after 5 years, but now EVERYONE gets 10 points per year, or a maximum of $10 value per year, regardless of tenure around here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you reach 15 points, you can 'redeem' that towards $15 credit on your account by logging into your account portal and going under the Rewards section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
