    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/430372"&gt;@FErnandes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for new account , new subscription, just download Public Mobile app and start the subscription.&amp;nbsp; Remember PM's system is set to have one email for one account.&amp;nbsp; So, if you a PM customer starting a new account, you need a different email.&amp;nbsp; For the phone number, after payment, you will be asked to choose a new phone number or transfer from another provider&lt;/P&gt;</description>
