      <description>&lt;P&gt;No there really isn't, PM provides customer support all online through this community and through the chatbot (the orange round circle in the bottom right corner of your screen).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you able to share the issue you are having? There is no phone number to call. These forums are your source for help. There is a way you can message a customer service person but they ask you share your concerns here so we as fellow customers can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With that being said, what issues are you having that we can try to help you with?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/432656"&gt;@Dipak14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're porting from Koodo PREPAID, you will need customer support to complete the port process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because both them and Public Mobile share the same systems (all being under the TELUS umbrella of companies), thus you can't 'port' wherein it stays within the same system, just different providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, customer support is needed to complete the port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
