@Desjard1 Is anything working or is it just data? A couple of hours ago my cellular data stopped working. When I decided to check the phone call aspect the call took a long time to go through and the phone was stuck on 3G afterwards (iPhone, VoLTE enabled). I tried all the usual stuff, airplane mode on then off, restart the phone, check the account, nothing helped then suddenly after about 15 minutes the 3G changed back to LTE and data was working again. I assumed it was a temporary glitch (there were power outages in the area) or maybe some kind of maintenance thing. There was no outage shown on the Telus outages map at the time.

I'm also having issues connecting. My phone shows it's connected to the network, but I can't call out, and others can't call in. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail, and data isn't working either? I checked my account and it's still active; I tried turning my phone off and on too. No luck...
