No service, emergency calls only, even though I have a working sim and an esim. Phone recognizes both sims but won't allow service. Why? How does it get fixed?

@tobiwuschke Confirm if your service is active. If yes, try turning on airplane mode for a min and turn it off. If that doesn't help, try rebooting your phone.
