      <description>&lt;P&gt;My usage information is frozen in my public mobile app. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone have any ideas as to how I get it to update. &amp;nbsp;It’s been like this for about a week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/313585"&gt;@PublicJ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM app recently got an update. &amp;nbsp;Did you upgrade the PM app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might also want to clear cache from the App settings. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails, then delete app and re-install app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to login to your self service account via the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was really struggling with this lack of refreshing the usage and this definitely got me what i needed, BUT why doesn't the APP do this automatically??? Your usage information should always refresh to current when you access the app!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
