If you have an eSIM, install the PM app on the new phone and order a new (should be free) eSIM and install on the new iPhone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/431107"&gt;@Jen42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Assuming physical sim card, just take it out of the old phone and put it in the new one, that should be it as far as transferring her PM plan to the new phone. &amp;nbsp; Transferring the content from one iPhone to another is something you'll find on Apple's support pages assuming both are iPhones. &amp;nbsp;It's a bit more difficult if she's gone iPhone to Android.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
