      <title>Over charge on my credit card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 kids with public mobile. Suppose to be $16.97 a month per child. But my credit card has more 3 charges. some months have 6 times charge and some 8 to 10 times from Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; This is insane. I am mad and frustrated that I can't solve this problem right away.&amp;nbsp; I can't contact customer service over the phone or visit a kiosk. How do I fix this ASAP!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure what plan your kids have, but assuming they are on $15 plan with 250MB, it looks like they ran out of data, then they bought 1GB add-on for $15, thus could explain the extra charges per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
