      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/427845"&gt;@Alexpascan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Some weeks ago there was a problem with SMS texting for new customers. &amp;nbsp;Public Mobile was having to fix this individually. &amp;nbsp;They did fix it generally eventually but some who were affected before that may still have a problem. &amp;nbsp;You would need to contact customer service as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/149170"&gt;@HALIMACS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; suggested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
