      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still in the process of activating my service, however, the QR code does not work on my phone, there might also be a compatibility issue since my phone was given to me by a family member from France. How can I cancel my subscription and/or get help changing the band so that my phone becomes compatible?&amp;nbsp; It is a Sony Xperia C6833 5.1.1, and older phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
