how can I get my SIM card? I sent pass code recover, but I didn't get the email link of re-set passcode.

you need to buy a new Public Mobile sim card first. better to pickup from Telus or Koodo store , or buy from Amazon

after you got the card, you can try to login and update card number. Click didn't receive code and then send email should be there

if not, please message support and they can help to update the new sim card number

You can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store for $10 or from Amazon for $4.99.

Then login on the PM app and change the SIM card number in the account tab.
