    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to start a new account and selected my package that I wanted, and got the SIM card shipped to me. Some how I misses setting up the phone number, as this is a new phone that didn't have a number previously. Now I am stuck in the activation process, and I need a hone number, which I don't have. And I cant back out or cancel my activation process... This is quite frustrating, especially as I am unable to contact an agent. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the card now?&amp;nbsp; You don't get a number till you have a sim and finish the setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes I have a card, but somehow I cant seem to finish the set up. I need to down load the app or something, but then the app needs a phone number...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/430374"&gt;@LRu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that you can only activate the SIM on the PM app and you can’t on it on your computer/laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So download the PM app on your phone and complete the activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have 2 options for a phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- pick a new number from the list available - port your old number over to PM&lt;/P&gt;</description>
