      <description>&lt;P&gt;Final step says Activation not complete. I am transferring from KOODO and did not receive a temporary phone number during the activation process or a message confirming my number could be transferred from Koodo to Public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
