Several reports of customers getting scammed when the original owners will report the phone stolen after being sold to new owners. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Telus phone, Telus should be able to let you know what is happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/371395"&gt;@xMantee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which city ir province??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you tried rebooting the phone and confined your account status is active??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone, test your sim card there, that could force a sim re-provision and could resolve the problem when you put the sim card back to your own phone later&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually just figured it out. We just got 2 phones through Telus one with service one without as I use Public which I know is a Telus company. But for some reason our phones got blacklisted stole/fraudulent. Not sure why guess now I have a bigger problem to figure out lol&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah no we got them brand new and all that jazz. They said fraud so I think someone with the same name got credit checked and all the info didn’t match. So more of a store issue then ours but we are without a phone cause they took our 14s as trade in and set them off already &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confounded_face:"&gt;😖&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
