      <description>&lt;P&gt;I gave the proper info to change my wife's sim card to a different phone. Please advise when your records are updated as her current phone is dying. Thanks. She is a customer of public mobile. .       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/430205"&gt;@andido2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you only got a new phone and not a new sim card, right??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, you just need to put the old sim card into the new phone and PM service, voice/text/data , will work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you might want to migrate the phones data from old phone to new, but this is something you will have to do it yourself.&amp;nbsp; Your phone should have some device switch app to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
