      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new subscriber. I have paid the 90 month subscription and activated the SIM using the SIM number. However, it has been hours and I am still "Note registered on the network". I get this message when I try to call and I cannot send text messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried logging in online and they want me to "Confirm Full Service". However, since I cannot receive SMS, I am unable to receive the code either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help. I tried reaching customer support and apparently there is no other support but community support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
