      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account is not activated yet due to Forbidden A1 error. Why would Public Mobile just take the payment anyways when the account has not been activated yet? There is no way to unsubscribe. Its been 3 weeks already with the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
