      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/426605"&gt;@seekeroflight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid carrier and you need to buy before you use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't have data in your $15 plan and you don't have any data add-on, the phone won't be able to access Mobile data.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, it does not matter to keep the data toggle on or off.&amp;nbsp; But it is always a good habit to keep if off &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In order to make use of this feature, you will need to turn data ON on your phone, even if you don't have a data allocation. You will not be charged or penalized for it, since as &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says, you must pay ahead of time anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That may seem counterintuitive, but that's how it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/426605"&gt;@seekeroflight&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don’t need data enable if you are just sending SMS text but you will need data if you are sending MMS with photo attachments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the old $15 plan with 250gb of data. Leave data disable unless you are sending an MMS but if you are on the new $15 plan with unlimited calling and texting. You will need to purchase a data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
