    <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually physical SIMs are delivered within 5-10 business days. Sometimes takes longer. If you do not get it within 3 weeks open a ticket and ask fore replacement. It could be lost in the mail as there is no tracking number and it is send by regular snail mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SIM cards are delivered by Canada Post and it mostly all depends on your location. In the west it's been reported to take between 3 and 5 business days, In the east between 5 and 15 business days.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/430020"&gt;@Annz70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, did you get a text from Chatr asking for your permission to port the number?&amp;nbsp; Did you reply Yes?&amp;nbsp; If you didn't get that , the port is stuck on Chatr side.&amp;nbsp; But you can ask PM porting support team to check and porting status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have sent you the porting support team number.&amp;nbsp; Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And if you already put the PM sim card in the phone, can you make outbound calls with it? you just cannot receive inbound?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
