If I install a new physical SIM in my phone, will my phone number stay intact?

Where in my account on the website can I do this?

Attaching a different SIM card to your current Public Mobile won't change your phone number.

Hello @vonniebJJ

You will need to turn your phone off. Remove the SIM card and prepare to put the new one in.

Log into your account online, go to Profile on the left side, on the right side you'll see SIM card, hit the pencil and change it to the new number. You will keep your phone number and account.
