Sometimes, people often mistake double payments as the PENDING payment and the actual payment.       <description>&lt;P&gt;There another possibility other then the ones mentioned below. If you are looking at your bill on the app it looks like two charges but it's just them taking money from your payment method and applying a credit to your account then they take the credit to pay the bills and it makes it look like a duplicate charge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
