      <title>Failed phone number transfer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to transfer my old phone number because my old plan didn’t work but public requires me to confirm it via text code. I can’t receive the text because my old plan didn’t work. Now I am stuck in the transfer phase and can’t even decide to get a new number or transfer anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
