      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just signed up for 5G but my phone under cell data is only showing LTE and 3G?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live where 5G is available!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried resetting my phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;switched data roaming on and off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;switched between LTE and 3G&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not all 5g phones work at Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you will still have access to the 5G network.&amp;nbsp; It's just about the speed which you will still get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429291"&gt;@Gigigoulding&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5G is only available if your phone is 5G compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;All newer phones are 5G compatible but older phones are 2G, 3G and 4G/LTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5G was launched in 2020 but not all carriers have update their cell equipment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of your phone so we can check for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429291"&gt;@Gigigoulding&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Make sure that you are in a 5G covered area by looking at the PM coverage map. You can even use an app like Tower Locator Canada to locate a 5G Tower and drive within 500 m of it. If your phone is 5G compatible, it should work. If not, you have some issues either with your phone or or the network. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 5g phone and a 5 g plan my phone does not show 5g it shows lte+ in 5g areas I get up to 250 speed instead of the normal 100 on 4g my phone is a Samsung s20fe 5g so I would do a speed test to actually see what speed you are getting&lt;/P&gt;</description>
