How do you earn rewards points in the Give Back

you can earn 1 or 2 or 5 or 10 or even 15 points by helping others in the community. But there is no set "effort" to earn each level of rewards. It is a secret how PM decide the Top 1% or 5% or 10% or 25% or 50% and give out this rewards. Also, it depends on the overall participation by others.

So, all we can say is to keep helping and hope to get the top points
