      <title>Activation Failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got an error message that says "Subscription not activated". It asked me to contact a customer support agent, but couldn't log in from the app to generate a ticket. Tried to access an agent through the website, but it says no agents are available, even though it's during business hours. Now I'm stuck and not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
