I was wondering if public mobile allows us to choose any plan we want without restricting the amount we will pay. Like $ 18 etc.

Plans start at $15 and up. Also you can change plans anytime you want but best to change at your next renewal date.

You can load up whatever amount of funds you want to your account. If extra, the funds are available for next payment cycle.

Not all plans are available to existing customers. Public mobile often has promo plans only available for new activations (similar to other mobile companies).
