      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever created your PM on line account?&lt;BR /&gt;Using computer and browser?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you still have service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, You should use your email and password to log in. I doubt account disappeared just like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using an app same thing: email+pass&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I somehow got two email addresses and two accounts. I remember adding a different email address when I joined Community. So I was logging into an account that has no information and is not synced to my other account. I found all my account information now. Thanks for your help. LM51&lt;/P&gt;</description>
