So many questions.

If anyone has ever been with Rogers, you know why I am switching. I am just very worried about coverage though. Our 3 older kids will be travelling through out Ontario this summer and having weak coverage in certain areas worries me, especially with one of them being a new driver. I am looking for honest reviews please. Also, am I able to have all 5 lines on one account, or do they all need separate accounts. Will my name and number show up when I call people (I prefer this) and will I see the name and number of those calling me? (Freedom does not offer this). I really appreciate any advice, or input anyone can over,

PM does not have family account on the system. One email for one account. For 5 lines, you need 5 different email addresses to create 5 accounts

for Call display, PM only sends the number over, not the name.

For coverage, I would say it is decent. Bell and Telus share the same network across Canada. This is the coverage map:

PM utilize Telus and Bell towers so cover should be good in your area but check the coverage and cell tower map:

Unfortunately, you will need a separate email address for each account so 1 account/1 email.

Caller display will show name if it is in your contact list or number of it is not in your list.

@Veiama Most cell phone articles say Telus and Bell have wider coverage than Rogers although I don't know how up to date they are. I switched from Rogers to Public Mobile and so far it has worked out better for me (we're relatively rural Ontario).

I have driven from BC to SK on PM and had zero issues. It is on Telus's network so check their maps on their website (what I did for the more rural areas). There are no family accounts - I have 3 for myself, my son and my mother.

You could ask your kids to bookmark the link to the PM coverage map to see where there is coverage. There is also an app called "TowerLocator Canada" which they can download. It uses your GPS location and shows you exactly where the nearby transceivers are. That way, they can plan their route to stay near good coverage. Good luck.
