Hello,

Is anyone else having issues trying to login to their account on the public mobile app?

I keep trying to login and keep getting kicked out.

Actually it's been giving me issues. Forbidden Ai fixed by refreshing. Kicked out twice. Another weird blank page with a small symbol in the corner. I went to check one thing and I ended up signing in 6 times (4×2FA) in about 12 minutes. Looks like that scheduled maintenance really fixed things.

Edit: But this was online not in the app.

I just tried and had no issues. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app!

Hi, I'm having the same problem logging into the app too and I just started my account yesterday. Did everything work out for you eventually? And if so, how?
